30-day return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

Do not send a return without approval. Email service@fufuz.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos or video showing the issue. If the claim is confirmed, FUFUZ will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy and will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Change-of-mind returns

For returns caused by personal preference, an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Non-returnable items

We may refuse items that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, missing original packaging or accessories, returned without approval, or sent after the return window. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use or sealed goods may be non-returnable after opening where permitted by law. Gift cards and non-physical products are non-returnable unless required by law.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Order cancellation

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or change it. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
